Clockwork Planet (クロックワーク・プラネット, Kurokkuwāku Puranetto) abbreviated as CloPla (クロプラ, KuroPura) is a Japanese light novel series by a collaboration of Yuu Kamiya and Tsubaki Himana with Shino in charge of the illustrations. It's published under Kodansha's Light Novel Print.
Overview[]
According to the two authors, it's explained that the collaboration was born because the story can't be differentiated; It became impossible to tell whether it's Yuu Kamiya's work or Tsubaki Himana's. While Kamiya Yuu had received a cancer treatment aboard, he became interested in a brochure about clockwork in a shop. This was the basis for the plot, however, Kamiya's style of writing did not fit enough with the them. Thus, he approached Himana Tsubaki for a collaboration. Originally, Kamiya Yuu was in charge of the illustrations, but he changed his mind and brought on Shino to make the illustrations. This is the first debut of Himana Tsubaki.
So far, the series has the original light novel version and manga version.
